With over 32 years experience, Juan José Salamanca is a strong believer and thinker of the importance of people development and the need to grow our personal leadership for ourselves and for helping others to find their own way. He is a highly sought after expert in business consultancy, executive coaching, leadership conferences, leadership development seminars and management workshops.

Juanjo started his career in a global corporation, DuPont. In his 29 year career, he has held leadership responsibilities in a wide range of positions. With his energy, enthusiasm, creativity and his passion for people development, he has achieved well-recognized results. It is, as Juanjo says, "all a matter of first developing our own leadership and after helping others to develop their own leadership".

Once Juanjo consolidated his approach in successfully leading people and business, he then took on new challenges by founding the AlleTrust Company in 2006. Later he co-founded the Helyospartners Company, a partners-synergy centered business and the VirtWay Company, an IT/learning based virtual world technology provider for people skills development. Juanjo is also a board member in several multinational corporations.

As a business and personal leadership advisor and coacher, Juanjo’s human and "walking the talk" leadership style inspires other leaders to find their way. What is his source of energy?
