ProactivaWEB® SAFETY
ProactivaWEB® SAFETY is a collaborative safety at work management system targeted to companies with good preventive culture techniques using behavior-based safety. It uses a methodology of "workflow" which monitors the workflow throughout the entire lifecycle of each event. It is NOT only a tool for the safety department. Otherwise, all employees participate, according to the best practices of leading safety companies.
ProactivaWEB® SAFETY incorporates a task tracking system that avoids any proposed action will not get done. It has a system for sending email messages to communicate events, or recall tasks.
The technology is 100% web and application access is through Internet Explorer. It can be used from your intranet, by installing the application on a server of your company, or by accessing it online in a safe server especially dedicated to the customer. It has an easy to use interface for users which minimizes training time. It is multi-language and allows geographically distributed access.
It allows you to manage complex hierarchical structures, and it is easy to add new areas and divisions.
